will you notify me? What if I need to reschedule or cancel? (all meetings)

We understand things happen! Not to worry. 48 hours before our appointment you will receive an e-mail reminder. At that time, if you determine you will not be able to make the appointment, simply select "cancel/reschedule" from the options within the e-mail. No further action is required, we will receive a notification that you made the change. 

last minute cancellations - meeting in person only

Because we reserve workspace to meet in advance, a $50 administrative fee will be applied to the credit card number you provided if you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance. (This ONLY applies to meetings in person)

Why do you charge if i cancel?

We keep our operating costs down for our customers. We have a mobile office and make special arrangements to meet you at The Summit Park Workspace located at 2150 S. Central Expressway, Suite 200, McKinney, Texas, 75070. 

This location is easily accessible from Hwy 75 and has ample parking for our customers. However, they get cranky when we cancel on them last minute and charge us a fee. Help us keep things moving smoothly, let us know in advance if you need to make a change. 

what if we have to meet again?

Typically, when our customer's have decided to work with us, we meet face-to-face the first time and once more at the end of the project. For what we call the "website handoff" session. Any additional conversations will be held over the phone.
